Plain English summary: you pay once, we generate your page, you own the content you provide. Your page stays live while our platform does. You are responsible for what you put on your page. We are not liable for service interruptions or consequential losses.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("you", "the user") and Golding Education Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16396444), trading as Snaap ("we", "us", "Snaap").
By purchasing and using Snaap, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Snaap. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By purchasing, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract.
Snaap generates a professional web page from a text description you provide. The page is hosted at a subdomain of snaap.app (e.g. yourname.snaap.app) for as long as the service operates.
The service includes:
The service does not include domain registration, email hosting, or any service not listed above.
The current price is displayed on snaap.app and may vary by currency. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Your payment is a one-off charge. There are no subscriptions, no renewal fees, and no hidden costs. Additional services (such as full page rebuilds — "Snaaps") are priced separately and charged at the point of purchase.
Automatic refund on generation failure: If your page fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
No refunds once generated: Once your page is live and accessible, the service has been delivered. We do not offer refunds for generated pages. This is because the AI generation constitutes delivery of the service you purchased.
Disputes: If you believe a charge was made in error, contact hello@snaap.app within 14 days. We will investigate promptly. You also have the right to dispute charges with your card provider, but we ask that you contact us first.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, statutory rights regarding refunds for digital services may apply where we have not begun delivery. By proceeding past the point of generation, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that cancellation rights may no longer apply.
You retain full ownership of the content you provide to generate your page — your words, your professional information, your links. We do not claim any rights over your content.
By submitting your description, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and use that content solely to deliver and maintain your page. This licence ends when you delete your page.
You are solely responsible for the content on your page. You must not use Snaap to publish content that:
We reserve the right to remove pages that violate these terms without notice or refund.
If your page description includes personal data about other people (clients, colleagues, testimonial sources), you are acting as a data controller for that information. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to include and publish it. We process it only as your data processor. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Your page is generated by an AI language model (Claude, provided by Anthropic). The AI may rephrase, reorder, or reorganise your content to produce a coherent page. Your specific facts, numbers, and contact details are preserved as provided.
We make no guarantee that the generated page will meet every aesthetic or functional expectation. The 10 free text swaps and rebuild option exist precisely to let you refine the result. We are not liable for the creative output of the AI.
The AI may occasionally produce incomplete pages for very long or complex descriptions. Our complexity assessment tool (shown before generation) is designed to warn you of this risk. You generate at your own discretion once warned.
We aim to keep your page accessible but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We use Cloudflare's infrastructure, which has industry-leading reliability, but temporary interruptions may occur.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service on reasonable notice. If we permanently discontinue Snaap, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by email (if we hold your email address) and will not charge any future fees.
Your page remains live for as long as the service operates. We do not impose an expiry date on your page.
The Snaap platform, branding, generation system, and underlying technology are owned by Golding Education Ltd. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or reproduce any part of the Snaap platform.
The content on your generated page belongs to you (see clause 6). The visual design, layout, and CSS generated for your page is provided to you under a perpetual, non-exclusive licence for your personal or business use at your snaap.app address.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
If you are a consumer, you may have statutory rights that are not affected by these Terms.
You must not:
You may delete your page at any time by contacting hello@snaap.app. Deletion removes your page, description, and associated data from our systems, subject to data we are legally required to retain (see our Privacy Policy).
We may terminate your access immediately if you materially breach these Terms, particularly in relation to prohibited content or fraudulent use. No refund will be issued in such cases.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence, and you may have the option to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Before commencing formal dispute proceedings, we ask that you contact us at hello@snaap.app so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email where we hold your email address, and by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Snaap after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
